STORE MANAGER PRIZREN

Position: Store Manager – Label Nue Prizren

Location: Abi Çarshi Commercial Center, Prizren

Working Hours: Full-Time Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management, supervision, and professional training of personnel related to company policies and procedures, as well as company systems.
• Providing excellent service by the staff to ensure customers have a pleasant and outstanding shopping experience in the store.
• Monitoring and overseeing the physical condition of the store on a daily basis, including product displays and other inventory.
• Selection and interviewing of candidates applying for employment based on company procedures.
• Physical inventory of store merchandise on a regular basis.
• Responsible for the profitable development of store sales.
• Operate in full compliance with company rules, principles, and professional work ethics.
• Participating in and providing maximum support for major company projects requiring assistance.
• Monitoring hygiene, safety, and health standards in the workplace.
• Responsible for other specified duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven management experience, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Professional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Secondary / higher education.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Accuracy and attention to job details.
• General knowledge of technology.
• Proficiency in the English language.
