Sales In Store

NOIR Corp is looking for a service- focused Sales Associate.  Our Sales Associates are important to the overall operation of the store and ensure a consistent positive environment for all guests. Our sales associates act as brand ambassadors and help support company initiatives and directions are followed at all times. Sales associates are expected to a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business including days & nights, weekdays and weekends. 

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities 

• Build brand experience by promoting and maintaining an environment that is focused on consistently exceeding customer expectations
• Ensure customers are your primary focus 
• Display expert product knowledge on brand, company history, policies, and third-party product
• Drive sales through exemplary customer service and clienteling
• Assist the store management team with housekeeping responsibilities
• Ensure loss prevention awareness to protect the store from internal and external shortages
• Meet selling expectations and achieve individual and team sales goals, and contribute to the store’s overall success 
• Perform POS functions with the highest level of accuracy

 

Qualifications

 

• Prior experience working as a sales associate for a brand
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shift
• Demonstrated sales accountability
• An individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required 
• Strong personal leadership skills and desire to
