Sales E Commerce

NOIR Corp is hiring a dedicated E Commerce (Online Sales) sales associate to support our growing ecommerce team. 

 

This position requires candidates to drive process improvements while simultaneously managing challenges of a demanding customer focused environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out order processing policies and Online Orders
• Overseeing a high volume Customer Support Email system and Live chat service
• Sole complex customer service issues and proactively preventing negative service trends
• Identify and eliminate root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality
• Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
• Develop and achieve performance goals and objectives in order to surpass customer promise expectations on fulfillment 
• Hold warehouse accountable to fulfilment and customer goals and expectations
• Processing Returns and Exchanges

Basic Qualifications

• Experienced in Sales
• Intermediate Level of the English Language
• Basic Excel Knowledge
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and computer languages
