Marketing & Buying Assistant

NOIR Corp is hiring a Marketing and Buying Assistant. Under the direction of the Marketing and Buying Directors, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in NOIR Corp stores and wholesale accounts by assisting with financial reporting, market preparation, and overall accounts management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. Candidates must be analytically strong in Marketing Initiatives, follow fashion trends and have basic Excel experience.

 

Responsibilities

• Active on Social Media as Posting will be a daily task
• Photoshoot preparations
• Some photo editing skills
• Run and analyze weekly sales reports creating selling presentations that highlight best and worst performing styles for teams to effectively react to business needs
• Maintain accurate data and results of Influencer Collaborations
• Assist with sample prep and line sheet updates
• Perform any necessary administrative work to support merchandising team
• Assist with order processing and follow up
• Provide accurate Stock information
• Develop a strong working knowledge of product
• Research competitive landscape to make recommendations related to our pricing, on-site merchandising and assortment strategies
• This position requires communicating with and monitoring all of our VIP Influencer collaborations - *No Disclosure is required

 

Requirements

• Prior relevant internship experience 
• Advanced Knowledge of Written and Spoken English Language
• Intermediate Excel skills and comfort level
• Degree in a relevant course of study
• Advanced Communication Skills
